The Gold Mountain Community is served by two organizations, the Homeowners Association and the Community Services District. This website provides information for the Homeowners Association. The Homeowners Association is responsible for snow removal, maintenance of common areas, roads, gates and an extensive trail system. Its Enforcing Documents are the Association's Bylaws, CC&R's and the California Civil Code. The five member volunteer Board is elected by Association members.
